Wendy van der Steen

Wendy van der Steen (1965) is attached to the Faculty of Journalism of the Hogeschool Utrecht as a lecturer Digital Communication. Her major areas of expertise are e-publishing, public participation, online communities medialiteracy and usability. In the past she achieved a master of art, where she specialized in modern literature and communication. After graduation she started to work as a writer of texts in the marketing and PR. There is where she got her fascination for storytelling. Her lifelong experience as a critical reader, listener and viewer, ensure that she will always think from the receivers point.
