I studied Communication at Noordelijk Hogeschool Leeuwarden and Communication Science at Radboud University Nijmegen. After graduation in 2004 , I started working for Euroforum in Eindhoven. I developed and accomplished business plans for more than 40 congresses and training concepts for politicians and management boards. Main tasks were production, concept development, budgeting and marketing & sales strategies. After four years at Euroform I started my own business and worked as a freelancer for three years, with clients ranging from Philips Lighting to the Municipality of Utrecht. For most of my freelance projects I was responsible for developing (international) marketing campaign material. The aspect of my work that I like the most is translating objectives of a client into a useful marketing communication solution. Now working as New Business Developer at Hogeschool Utrecht (HU), I’m searching for interesting clients who want to participate with HU in new cross media research initiatives. I’m convinced that many exciting and successful projects will be accomplished.
